All our properties are to the standards that are set by BANES, this includes; annual fire, gas and electricity checks.

Every property can be let either fully furnished or unfurnished - although unfurnished properties will often include the carpets, curtains and some basic ‘white’ goods such as a cooker.  All furniture complies with fire regulations set by the government.

One months rent is payable in advance together with the same amount as deposit. This deposit will be repaid at the end of the letting period less any deductions for breakages or damage found. The deposit will also be secured through the new tenancy deposit scheme.
